So for those who expressed interest in going with me to the party Saturday night over on College Ave, come on along. I have the green light from Lou to bring friends, and these New Neighborhood parties are always great. It's probably easiest to meet up beforehand somewhere convenient, like maybe the Phero-Spatch house. 9:30 or 10:00-ish would be the time. By then I'll know whether I've been cast or not, so I'll either be celebrating or drowning my sorrows. Either way I'd love your company. Yay, Indian dinner out with bacall tonight. We're both craving it (the food, I mean). I've only in the last year learned that luscious tikka masala is not an authentic Indian dish. It's as British as yorkshire pudding. It's the chow mein of Indian food. That doesn't stop me from ordering it.

It's been ages since I've had to actually name a house. Sometimes choosing one too early forces you to live in a land of presumptuousness. I think this is the best idea, though.

Our place has been The Treehouse for a while (I think Lou thought it up, actually). My landlord calls it The Leaning Tower of Bay State Avenue, which is much more apt considering it's sorry condition.

Who's your 3rd roomie? Maybe they can be spliced into the name too.
