I was thinking of going the "fast food salon" route with something like Supercuts. I don't need anything elaborate.

Once about 6 years ago I decided to treat myself to a Newbury street salon coloring. I estimated that it would cost about $200, and price was not discussed beforehand. All told it came out to $480 dollars -- for a coloring. It was really hard not to cry.
