It was configured to auto-connect to two specific DNS servers, both of which weren't working. He changed the setting. It took 2 minutes. He is my hero!!!!

Really? We were having craptastic internet troubles this morning, and we're very near you. Do you have RCN? How did your shining geek change your setting? *desperate* We came near to smashing both of our routers out of frustration.
