Staying calm is key. The choice of Sarah Palin was purely divisive and meant to reignite a culture war that was in danger of dying. The more we fly off the handle, the more it helps them. My advice is to use it as a motivational tool.

I have looked at the numbers, and I believe that while Palin helped McCain a little, it didn't help him enough. We'd all like the election to be over, but this is going to be down to the wire. It always would be. Those people who voted for George W. Bush? They don't care that he's a liar and a murderer and a war criminal and that he has ruined the economy. They'd still vote for him for a third term in a heartbeat.

People will vote for John McCain because of her. People are also very, very sick. Remember, Adolf Hitler was originally elected.

The portion of people who will vote for McCain, and will vote for McCain because of this woman are large. but the portion of people willing and able to vote against them is larger, and they know that. As long as we stay energized and control the media narrative, we win.
