Resume Help

Is there anybody here who is good with resumes? Mine contains good information, but I fear it might be "out of style" in format and layout. I'd love some help from anyone who is up-to-date on this. I can barter, maybe do some mending or proofreading or ad copy or baking for you. Thanks.

Not particularly current on résumé format, since the last time I needed one was twelve years ago, but I’m good with style in general, and I’m of course delighted to take a look at it.
