Do you have cable TV?
If so, have you noticed poor reception?
Squirrels have a bad habit of chewing through coaxial cables. If the signal degrades, you will have poor connectivity.
It also just rained a lot, and you might be suffering from infiltration of your coaxial cable.
The only way to resolve the problem is to call the cable company. They have a device that easily detects whether the signal is being degraded.
