Farewell

My mother passed away today at 1:40PM. She was at the end of several years of illness and deteriorating mental capacities. She died in the hospital under good care. She was 79.


I thought she was the prettiest mommy in the world.

In the springtime, when it's safer for friends and family to travel, we will have a memorial for her.

Hold your loved ones.

I'm so sorry. I hope this process is as easy for you as it can be.

I am also stunned by how much that little face is your face! I think we should get you a bonnet like that to wear now.

And, from what I remember, your relationship with your mother was similar, in certain ways, to the one I have with mine. So, I just want to add some validation & support to any mixed feelings you might be having at this time.
