anomie666 just took my fat butt on a 2 mile walk. I'm way out of shape, but I did just fine and could probably do a lot more than that! It helped a lot for shaking out my stress over the elder care thing, too. Big thanks to him, and to all of you wonderful people who offered advice and hugs earlier.
