Walkin' It Out

The awesome anomie666 just took my fat butt on a 2 mile walk. I'm way out of shape, but I did just fine and could probably do a lot more than that! It helped a lot for shaking out my stress over the elder care thing, too. Big thanks to him, and to all of you wonderful people who offered advice and hugs earlier.

More walking will happen.
