"The Kiss" In Another One-Act Festival

The Kiss, one of the plays from our own mind-bogglingly butt-kicking festival, will be showcased in Whistler In The Dark company's FeverFest 2007 short plays festival at the Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center August 22-25. I'm totally going, since it's right around the block from my workplace. Of course, no one can possibly beat our unbeatable Alyssa and Andy, but we might as well see them try! I'm interested in checking out the space, as well.

I'd like to go on the 22nd, which is a Wednesday and doesn't conflict with the Radio Drama auditions (this is also my sweetie's birthday weekend so I want to keep most of it open for him). The Arts Center is just a block from the Lechemere T stop, though if you're coming from Davis, the 89 bus is much faster. There are eat-y places around here, so we could do dinner before, or not.

Let me know if you'd like to join in and I'll make a group reservation.

I’d definitely be interested in seeing this, but the 22d is a free Tchaikovsky concert I’m planning on going to. Let me know if you end up doing it on a different day. Maybe we could get a group together on the 25th, and do a birthday dinner followed by the play or something.

Sure sweetie. I can let you know how it was, and if it's worth making time to go.

I just found out about a September production of Cabaret that my friend Lauren is in. Do you like that musical?
