Life With A Siamese

Rowley had a busy night last night. Trying to wake Jay and I was at the top of his to-do list. He was largely successful, and we are sleepy zombies today.

We've laxed up on locking the kitties out of the bedroom when Jay is over, but I might have to rethink this all-night access thing. Yowling from outside the bedroom door is not as problematic as yowling directly in one's ear while breathing cat breath in one's face. I luvs my kitty cats, but they work the night shift.

I’m mostly a sleepy zombie because I didn’t bring over my CPAP machine; Rowley only woke me up the once.

For the record, I love having Rowley in bed with us. Maybe I can spoon him and he can wake me up instead of you. :-) (But seriously, I care more about having awake happy [livejournal.com profile] plumtreeblossom the next day than having fuzzy teddybear cat to cuddle during the night.)

Yeah, he's usually not as active as he was last night. And Benjamin didn't come in at all (that I noticed) until morning. Maybe Rowley was just desperate for people-time because I'd been out all day and evening. It's nice having kitties in bed when they're in sleep mode. :-)

Love you, my fuzzy teddywabbit!

Heh, whenever I'm cat-sitting and I feel bad for the kitties and leave the door open I regret it. Rowley just can't be trusted at 3am. ;)

And the ironic thing is that he sleeps aaaaall day. :-)

When I cat-sat that Thanksgiving a while back, there was not a morning I woke up that Rowley was not staring me in the face as if to say, "Human! Awake! I need snuggling!"

You need to come visit him. He loves his Uncle Jimmah!

Our kittens do that, too.
