The Artwork of Merry Wives

Look...I found all kinds of lovely old illustrations and etchings of Merry Wives of Windsor.

Falstaff disguised as the old witch, taking a beating from Master Ford.

Falstaff dispatches his toadies.

The Mistresses Ford and Page, up to mischief.

I presume this is the referenced dinner that takes place after the final scene in the play.

Art nouveau! I want this on a T-shirt. Falstaff in the laundry.

Ann Page, courted by a raawther fey Fenton (or is that Slender?)

Another view of the laundry scene.

I would presume this to be Mistress Quickly conferring with Falstaff, while the Host of The Garter looks on.

Hey, if you find any silhouettes, will you let me know? We're still tweaking the logo and we'd love an illustration to use.

I sure will. I haven't seen any sihouettes, but I wonder if you could trace one from any of these pictures?

Not sure any of them would work that well in silhouette, and my drawing skills, even as far as tracing, are pretty miserable. Oh well.
