My Onion

As some of you already know, I have long wished I could write for The Onion. That isn't possible due to the closed infrastructure of the organization (i.e., they don't accept submissions or hire writers who don't already have an in). To satisfy my urge and get it out of my system, I decided just for fun to write my very own issue. 15 of my friends volunteered to be Area Men and Area Women. Teh Onion was the twisted result.

This will remain a public post so you can point your friends over to show them whatever Onion-y thing you "did." Only the people who volunteered are in it. (If you really want yours removed, say so and I will, but that's most un-fun.) It has no photos and is worksafe except for some cheerful profanity. Remember, this is fiction, and my twin BFFs are Hyperbole and Snark. Inspirational thanks to my beloved Area People. I couldn't do it if I didn't luurve you.
