Eating Crow
Jan. 4th, 2007 09:53 amOkay, in today's Metro the MBTA took out a full 2-page ad clarifying the new system and prominently promoting the $59 LinkPass as the best value, and also suggesting the $1.70 CharlieCard fare over the $2.00 single ticket for those who don't need a pass. That's good enough for me, so I'll shut up now.
So, now that I have local bus service (but not express bus) already covered with my pass, I feel compelled to use it at least a few times to check out worthwhile attractions/neighborhoods that can only be gotten to on the bus which I haven't bothered with up 'til now. Certainly I'll get to Union Square more often now for the great restaurants and Super88, but what else is worth a visit at some point this year? I'll start:
Franklin Park Zoo
