Good Leadership

My thanks and admiration go to bex77 and lillibet for their their understanding regarding an organizational chore I was uncomfortable with, and their willingness for us to work together toward a better solution. In most cases I'm careful not to let myself be volunteered for things I don't want, but that did happen this time (not by either of them), and thankfully the Sisters H were willing to talk about it and offer assurance that we can find a more suitable solution that is fair for all involved. Their flexibility is one of the many reasons I consider them both to be exceptional leaders from whom I continually learn.
