Overheard On The Sidewalk

Exiting my work building, I passed a young woman and her boyfriend, who were laughing it up. The only snippet I heard of their conversation was the girl cheerfully exclaiming this:

"I can't just make it happen! What do you want me to do, shit my pants and vomit up my intestines?!"

That was all I heard. What on earth could that conversation have been about?
