Quiet, Cuddly Evening
Jun. 8th, 2008 03:08 pmMy sweetielove was getting over a flu/cold hybrid last night, so we sat out the dancing party we were invited to (Happy Birthday
majes!) and had a quiet night at his house. We snuggled up to watch the movie Unbreakable, discussed politics as we obsessively do, drank little glasses of burbon and gin, and somehow endured the heat. In the morning I woke him up close to 11:00 AM. Poor sweetie was dead to the world. I hope the long sleep helped him.
I am so sticky, you could stick me up with the PostIt notes and I'd stay. It's the humidity, I tells ya! When we were in Vegas, it was at least 95 degrees, but no humidity at all, and I loved it. I was dancing around in it, because it felt so good to be so warm but not be sweaty. Sigh. I need a dehumidifier the size of Massachusetts.
