Shopping Day, Dinner At Home

Rotisserie bourbon chicken (bought cooked at store)
Wild rice
Beets
Peas
Boston cream pie parfait (shared)
We are full of yum! Also, all of the Thanksgiving shopping is done. I was successful in shopping with a conservative eye, and we spent much less than last year while still getting great food. Best of all, most of the food bill was covered by cashing in my change at the Coinstar. Nerdy photos of that coming soon!
