I've been entrusted with a large editorial project, heading up a branch of the process solo.

Do you have any idea how very damn good that feels?

9 months of miserable temping, where the most challenging work was trying to look busy, took its toll in a big way. Its an indescribable relief to actually have something to do, something that matters beyond the walls of some anonymous cubicle. And to have quickly earned the trust of people I respect...well...it puts a wind back in my sails that I thought had been killed off for good this time.
