Time

Time goes by differently when you're sick. I didn't know that, since I'm usually never sick. It goes by slowly, like in childhood.

I just woke up. I've been asleep for hours. I looked at the clock saying 6:57 and thought "Wow, it's early Saturday morning."

JHC, it's not, it's Friday evening.

My friends and my wuzzle are about to go onstage and do the best show our town has ever seen. I'll stay awake until the clock says 8:00 PM, which is curtain time. Sending them all my love and energy....

Count your blessings. My newly six-year-old nephew has come down with H1N1 and has a 103° fever. He also has asthma. And he's going to miss Halloween.

Sucks to miss something you've devoted so much time and energy to, though. Feh!
