A plague on both your houses...

plumtreeblossomWell, A and I had tickets to see Romeo & Juliet at ART tonight. But the box office just called me, and 3 of their actors are injured too badly to go on, and ART decided the 3 understudies on one night would be too much (I agree). ART is letting all ticket holders pick another night, so we're going next Wednesday.
So immediately my nosy mind had to know what happened to the poor actors. Car crash? Falling set pieces? Nope, good old fight scene injuries. It IS R&J, after all. Everyone's going to be fine, but they need a night or two off.
Which leaves the last question: will the romantic energy between A and I hold out until then? It's in fizzle mode. Yes, yes, I know last week I was picking bridesmaids. Don't you know enough to ignore me whenever I do that? Interest level is dropping for both of us, so he may bail before next Wednesday rolls around. In which case, I'll need a stand-in date. I'm sure one of you f'list boys wouldn't mind a free ART ticket, and I might not even require you put out for it.
