Auditions tonight at Theatre@First for the summer One-Act Festival. 8 plays, 18 (I think) roles available for enthusiastic and dedicated actors of all experience levels. And I'm directing a very funny play by Mark Harvey Levine. You know you've always wanted to work with me. Details on the website.

Beforehand I'll be dropping in briefly to Diesel, in solidarity with all my friends in PB who didn't deserve the slobber-jawed, misleading article in The Herald. See some of you there.

No, you don't have to be there right at 7:00. You might get more reading time the earlier you show up, but you can just get there as soon as you can. So glad you're auditioning!

It inaccurately painted the polyamorous community in a somewhat lurid and hedonistic way. The concern is that the article might draw people cruising for no-strings sex (or who otherwise got the wrong idea from the misleading article) to the weekly poly meetup.

a_chara let me swipe that one. I'm temped to buy the LJ upgrade that lets you have 100 icons. I tend not to collect real-world objects because a collection of any kind would take up room, but with icons I can indulge my inner pack rat without filling up any space.
