1. carfree:
   Cars are metal children, and I'm metal childfree. Don't drive, phobic thereof, the T is my BFF, as are my feet.
2. china:
   I plan to go when I can afford it. It almost happened 2 years ago, and would have if the layoff hadn't happened. Someday, hopefully soon.
3. dogs:
   Who's a fuzzy wuzzy puppieface furbaby? Is you wuv me like I wuv ooo? Give kisses! Such a goooood pupkins!
4. half-jewish:
   Jewish father, secular-christian mother. Dreidling under the Christmas tree. Vegetarian seders. Now with added pagan. I'm a half-Jew and glad to be of duplistic heritage. We walk among you.
5. japan:
   Kawaii! Been there twice, will go again.
6. meditation:
   OK, I haven't kept up with this one as well as I should have. I need to be in a class to do it right, my house is a world of distractions.
7. romania:
   Most unusual place I've ever been.
8. the lonely island:
   The Duuuudes! These are the 3-man video comedy troupe who have taken over Saturday Night Live and resurrected it from the Graveyard of Unfunny. That's kablamo!
9. thunderstorms:
   I watch them as a performance of nature, a sky opera.
10. urban living:
    I'll never live anywhere other than in a city. It might not be Boston/Davis forever, but it will never be suburbia or a rural area. You can drive me out the the country, but you'd better have me back to the city by nightfall or I turn into a werewolf.

I didn't like the ten interests chosen for me. I mean, while html, php, linux, and webdesign are listed as interests, it would be boring to describe each one. Tell you what, though—a twist on the meme, if you will: choose ten interests from my list that you think you might want to know more about, and I'll do this meme with those ten.
