Seeing Much Ado About Nothing on the Common last night was a perfect evening of theatre, homemade bread, blueberries, and three blankets full of friends. Appropriately for T@F, we had a pole right in front of us, but after scholargipsy very diplomatically dealt with a pair of late-arrivers who plopped lawn chairs down at the front of our blanket, we had a relatively unobstructed view of an outstanding performance. I’ll spare you my review so as not to spoil it for you, but I will say that the hilarious blocking and choreography simply rocked, and the feisty actress playing Dogberry stole every scene she was in. Don’t miss this show – it’s CS’s best in years.
