No wonder I had to dig out my "fat pants" last night for rehearsal. I'm back up over 130 again, and that is not acceptable. A whole summer of not sticking to a workout schedule has left behind the results. It has to go ASAP.
I'm particular about my size. There is only one extremely narrow body fat percentage zone where I'm comfortable. I'm not the kind of person who can fluctuate by 20 pounds and not mind. When I'm above the zone I feel, look, and am miserable in my body (I've never been below that zone and don't aspire to). Right now I'm sitting at work stuffed into non-fat pants (because I can't wear jeans here and the fat pants are jeans). I find that fat actually hurts -- my skin hurts around the areas of greatest deposit. I hate this sensation. I was going to go watch the men's rehearsal tonight but I'm going to the gym instead.
