Rented!!!

The downstairs apartment has been rented! RAH!!! I showed it to 8 parties/couples last night. At 8:45 PM a pair of very nice guys who had seen it came back and said they wanted to take the place. The landlord it taking care of the paperwork. No more showing the apartment for at least a year, maybe more!
