Huh. 137 pounds today, down from 140 last Monday. I'm not sure whether to count this as actual loss though, since my week's eating pattern was 3 days of low-carb, 1 day of Valentine's eat-what-I-want, and 3 days of being too sick to keep food down. Oh, and no exercise, other than a few perilous walks over the icy tundra of Davis Square and Quincy. I'm feeling better today and will be able to eat something, by the way.

I know people my height who weight in the 150s but are smaller than me by the tape measure. I have exceedingly fluffy fat. Time to dance on the treadmill and pretend I'm in OK Go.
