Another Sizzling Victory!

Last night’s opening couldn’t have been better. A full opening house (that 2 for 2 for T@F!), a responsive and happy crowd, a clear and cool evening that kept the audience comfortable even without AC, and six one-acts that all kicked tremendous ass. Every play went without a hitch, and from the green room we could hear the audience howling at the fun parts. Even we of the notorious 8LR made it through our fugue smoothly. I’m now loving getting to know the wonderful people of the other casts and the crew, and we’re bonding into one big cuddly uber-company. Two shows tonight, at 6:00 and 9:00 PM. Come see it if you haven’t yet.

It’s gorgeous out again today, as is predicted for tomorrow when I’m having new outdoor headshots taken if my multi-talented photographer is feeling better from his cold. Vegan cookies are in the oven. Life is good. :-)

Vegan cookies?!?! Make some next weekend, please, when I can actually be there for the show!

Those vegan peanut butter cookies went like wildfire! I'm trying to figure out how to veganize my famous oatmeal toffee cookies. The cookie part is easy, but do you know where I can get vegan toffee? (the Heath toffee chips have dairy in them)

Don't know... try Whole Foods in the baking or candy aisle.
