Morning

jimmystagger called last night at around 1:30 AM with an impromptu party invitation, but unfortunately I had already gone to sleep. I was glad to be included though, and didn't mind the call at all. Perhaps next time I'll still be up and about. We morning people sometimes drift off to sleep early.

My dream last night was a long surrealist rendering of an entire evening. Part of it involved being stuck in a kitchen-like room with a person who, in real life, I avoid like Kryptonite. She was prattling on about some photos of her boobs and how it's just impossible to hide the photos; someone always finds them. I found a broken sandal on the floor and finally threw it at her. Cathartic. :-)

Yesterday, sewing. Today, cooking for potluck. Such domesticity. It's a much cooler day than yesterday, better for baking. Off to the store and to my own real kitchen.
