Sep. 30th, 2004 09:08 amI tasted deep-fried pickles last night. Redbones was offering them when we went after rehearsal; something new from down south, apparently. There was something vaguely naughty about the magnified sourness of a hot pickle juxtaposed with fried batter coating. The parameters governing what should and shouldn't be deep-fried seems to have blurred. The pickles and an icy mojito made for a broadening snack.
