anomie666 came over to help the very awesome and strong beowabbit carry my new dishwasher up my very un-awesome stairs to the 3rd floor. They did it! It's now in the kitchen, waiting for me to clear out the cubby where it's going to live.
After that,beowabbit and I walked to Tags to look for a few things for PMRP. Did get one of them, and will keep looking for the others.
It's a beautiful day, and I'm feeling better because I got a letter saying that my unemployment benefits have been approved and will start next week. Thank goodness.

I shopped yesterday for the whole month, filled my "little old lady wagon" to overflowing with the bundles, then had a hell of a time managing the wagon. My friend Bob, who lives upstairs, helped me to the elevator, then came to the apartment with me and helped unload and put away. He's a big strong man who is 65+ years of age. Handsome, too.
