In an effort to introduce more whole-grain products into my diet (of which there were previously almost zero), I picked up a snack-sized bag of Riceworks Gourmet Brown Rice Crisps* at The MIT Coop this morning. I imagined they would taste like recycled cardboard, but I was happily quite wrong. They are utterly freaking delicious. They are crunchy and sea salty and sesame-y. Also they are both vegan and gluten-free. Maybe these have been around for ages; I wouldn't be the one to know, given my usual food choices. But om nom NOM. The snack bag is actually two servings and I was only supposed to eat one but, well, you know. These and a banana and a V-8 and I was well breakfasted indeed.

*This is not a sponsored post. I'm just sharing the yummy.

I was unable to open the link but s'okay, I'll google it.
Thanks for the tip coz I'm always on the lookout for gluten free snacks.
Glad to hear you're eating healthy, my dear.
Now if I could only do the same LOL

Two servings in a snack-sized bag? I
think they're playing with numbers.
But happy for the tip.
