I went to see Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind with Rob. As I said to him afterward, if the technology actually did exist whereby all memories of a lost love could be medically erased from the brain, I would never do it, no matter how hard the memories. Who we've loved make us who we are.

Absolutely! I think that was sort of the message of the movie--at least, that's what I came away with. I really enjoyed it and found it to be the kind of film that I'm still thinking about a month later, from time to time. I particularly liked the idea of hiding her in other memories.
