beowabbit and it came out so good that we devoured almost the entire pie in one fine dinner. This was my first meat pie, which I've always wanted to make but have seldom had due audience, let alone someone who shares so many food favorites with me. After writing down the recipe for beowabbit, which was gotten off teh interwebs but heavily tweeked by me, I thought I'd post it here for anyone who likes pie. It's comfort-foody, it's Midwestern, and it's scrumptious just like grandma made it 'specially for you.
