Don't be so gullible, my little cupcake.

But for real, I can't believe the show is opening tonight. I guess the whole reheasal process has felt weirdly abridged to me because I wasn't there for the first 6 weeks (I'm only in Act 3). I missed out on any early group bonding and was the new kid by my first real rehearsal. So, being accustomed to 10-12 week rehearsal periods, this sort of feels like going on at the half-way point. Wish there were another week or so, but damn the torpedoes, here we go. Break a leg, all!

I know what you mean -- I think I had all of two rehearsals before we started doing act runs! Still, all of the real bonding never starts until performances, anyway. We'll have fun. See you tonight!

I knew that heading had to be a joke, but it still caused me to twitch a bit in stage manager-ly terror.

Hehe! Well, the Dutchess costume would be a bit baggy on you, but you'd pull it off well. :-)

WAHAHAHAHA!!

I could become the Technical Director then, and use my PMS Godzillawoman superpowers. Give me that hammer! Give me two!

As always on the day of an opening night, it's impossible to concentrate at work. I can't stay off teh interweb. :-)

yeah, i'm pretty much useless, today, too! I'll admit you had me worried there for a second and scanning my memory, "wait, who's plumtreeblossom, again?"

I suppose you guys could have teleconferenced me in. The speakerphone could have been a wacky invention of Paul Sycamore's. :-)

I love how all the cast are going 'ha-ha' and all the crew are all picking themselves up and shaking off the heart-attack... ;)

(and you will note I'm Crew..lol)

Damn, we could have used our cats instead of the stuffed toy cats in Act 1. Think Rowley and Skunky can get off-book by tonight?

Nawww..Rowley would get nervous and puke on the typewriter...

While funny, I don't think that's what Matt has in mind for his play. ;)

Heehee, I'm now imagining that crank-up noise he makes when he's about to blow kitty chunks. Also he'd demand to sit in Grandpa JohnO's lap. :-)
