If I Could Have Another Pet

This rabbit is a Flemish Giant, with his doggie friend. They grow to as much as 20 pounds or more. Lately I've been very taken with them. A rabbit, twice the weight of my cats. I tend to be drawn to animals that are either very large or very small for the type of animal they are. I like giant Ragdoll cats for the same reason. And tiny miniature hourses make me squee.

That is a lot of bunny.

Awww! A bunny bigger than a kitty. So cute! I was going to get a rabbit a few years ago, but then I read how they chew through wires if you let them out of their cage. There was absolutely no way I could rabbit-proof my apartment. There are just too many wires everywhere. And I'd feel bad keeping it in its cage all the time, so I decided I just wouldn't get one. :-( Now I ooh and ahh everytime I walk past the Starbucks in Davis Square because they have pictures of rabbits from the MSPCA in the window.
