To me, it seemed a lot like human life. The lion was well on his way to becoming an adult. He had a lioness and soon would have his own pride and territory. He still remembered where he came from and loved his human parents, but in the end, his place was off on his own making his own life as nature intended. Or something like that.
how wonderful was that, huh?! *wipes away a tear* if you've ever seen the movie "Born Free," it reminded me of that. Animals remember those who love them.
Awww. AWWWW. With all this talk of Grizzly Man lately, I was sure the lion would attack them. It's unbelievable. What is even more unbelievable is that the female ioness, who had no attachment to them whatsoever, not only did not attack them, but actually let them PET HER. That's unheard of.
