I must have thrown my back out in my sleep. Same problem area as always, though not as severe as last time. I've taken some of the pain medication [livejournal.com profile] beowabbit bought for me (Naproxen Sodium) and can get around, slowly. Not, not, not going back to that hurty chiropractor, though. I'll just have to wait it out. No going dancing or anything, though.

I'm sorry your back isn't feeling well. I agree that you should not go back to the hurty chiropractor.

I have a good chiropractor in the Winter Hill area, Doctor Doricent. I think you'd like her. She doesn't just crunch you, she gives you stretches to do at home, heat therapy, massage machine time... it's good stuff. She's not the gentlest chiro I've had but she is in the top two.

I know it's unconventional, but my acupuncturist has done wonders with my back - not just muscle issues, but joint problems too. He's in Inman Sq and I can give you his info if you're interested.

I'm sorry you're hurting. Back problems suck. :(

I'm sorry, sweetie. ::holds you gently::

If you decided that you want to try a another chiropractor, and don't mind heading to Copley for your appts, I'll hook you up with my guy. He was wonderful and I've sent other folks to him.

My chiropractor is in Union Square, and I can not recommend her highly enough. Let me know if you want her info.

For acupuncture, there's also Davis Square Acupuncture,

http://www.davissquareacupuncture.com

where [livejournal.com profile] moria923 went a number of times for back pain. I've been there too, for other reasons. Lisa's cool.

We've both used Charles Street Family Chiropractic, which is a couple of blocks from the Charles T stop. Their number is (617) 720-1992. I'm none too sure it did me any good going there, but [livejournal.com profile] moria923 has gone there for a few years and thinks they help.

Just hang on a bit longer, and that spine replacement tech will be in place. You'll be able to swing into a Jiffybio, get your spine swapped out, your blood filtered, and your skin rejuvenated, all in 15 minutes or less or your credits back!

Thank the gods that 2112 is just around the corner!

*looks at chronometer* Oh wait...
