Hoofing It

Yesterday evening I walked for an hour and a half, Central Square to Powderhouse Square, basically. Tracing it on Yahoo Maps, it says it's only 3.24 miles. I feel sort of ripped off. It felt like 5.

I have a pedometer, but I haven't been able to calibrate it correctly. I wonder if any sporting goods stores sell pedometers and calibrate them for you in-store.

I sometimes walk home from Central Sq. to my home on Willow. I've mapped out my usual route, and it's 2.7 miles, IIRC. Which way did you go?

bedfull_o_books and I will be walking from Central to Davis tonight, after I get off work. If you want to join us tonight, or some other time, let me know. :)

I was thinking about 5:00-ish, myself, which is about the earliest I can leave work today. How's that for you?

I think I'll have to join you another day, since I'm leaving work now. But definitely keep me posted if you walk again! (on ordinary days I leave at 5:00.)
